WebCondition provides website health audits, digital performance optimization, and online presence management. All deliverables are based on the specific scope agreed upon in writing at the time of engagement. We do not guarantee specific traffic increases, search engine rankings, or revenue outcomes. Services are performed remotely unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your website, hosting environment, and business objectives. You must grant necessary access credentials and permissions for us to perform audits and optimizations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any accounts or data shared during the engagement.
WebCondition’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by South African law.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. WebCondition reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or if your website is used for unlawful purposes.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you may terminate the engagement as described above.
